1. Users understand that any false or misleading statements made may result in permanent refusal of an e-Visa, denial of entry into the Cambodia or prosecution. Users must understand that possession of an e-Visa does not automatically entitle the bearer to enter the Kingdom of Cambodia upon arrival at a port of entry if he or she is found inadmissible for reasons that include, but are not limited to:

• Evidence of a lack of sufficient funds to cover expenses in Cambodia
• Prosecution for crimes in Cambodia or elsewhere
• Prior deportation from Cambodia or elsewhere
• Participation in, or solicitation of, prostitution in Cambodia
• Drug trafficking
• Drug use
• Terrorist activity
• Of poor character

2. Users are also reminded that the e-Visa application fee is non-refundable and that the e-Visa application processing time is approximately 3 business days

In addition, users will not use any robot, spider, or other automatic or manual device, to monitor or plagiarize e-Visa’s property, web site and its contents without the prior express consent from an authorized https://www.evisa.gov.kh  representative.

Neither the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor its designated partners purport to make any warranties or guarantees as to the availability or accuracy of https://www.evisa.gov.kh or as to the accuracy or fitness of any of the information displayed at https://www.evisa.gov.kh.

Should any terms or condition contained this document be determined by a court to be illegal, invalid or in any way unenforceable, the offending provision shall be severed from these terms and conditions. All other non-severed terms, conditions and provisions shall be deemed to remain in full force and effect.

7. It is the responsibility of recipients of emails from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its designated partners to check that emails and attachments are not in the presence of viruses. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and their designated partners cannot accept any liability for any damage caused by any viruses transmitted via email.

8. By consenting to these terms and conditions, users hereby certify that they  have read and understood all the terms and conditions set forth by e-Visa and any data or information furnished on this form are accurate to the best of the user’s knowledge and beliefs.

9. E-Visa reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time without notice, although e-Visa will endeavor to publicise any alternations made. e-Visa users accept that by accessing https://www.evisa.gov.kh they are consenting to be bound by the most current version of the terms and conditions.
