By accessing or interacting with any part of https://www.evisa.gov.kh, users are consenting to e-Visa’s terms and conditions of use. Users who do not consent to e-Visa’s terms and conditions may not and should not access or use e-Visa’s website or services.

  1. Users understand that any false or misleading statements made may result in permanent refusal of an e-Visa, denial of entry into the Cambodia or prosecution. Users must understand that possession of an e-Visa does not automatically entitle the bearer to enter the Kingdom of Cambodia upon arrival at a port of entry if he or she is found inadmissible for reasons that include, but are not limited to:
    • Evidence of a lack of sufficient funds to cover expenses in Cambodia
    • Prosecution for crimes in Cambodia or elsewhere
    • Prior deportation from Cambodia or elsewhere
    • Participation in, or solicitation of, prostitution in Cambodia
    • Drug trafficking
    • Drug use
    • Terrorist activity
    • Of poor character
  1. Users are also reminded that the e-Visa application fee is non-refundable and that the e-Visa application processing time is approximately 3 business days
