Problems with e-visa

On April 24th I applied for two e-visas, Reference number: 117042400866, and paid $80, Transaction reference: 0424110018523. On April 25th we received one of the visas, that of Maria Rosario Lopez Chacon, Passport number: AAK066164. I sent en e-mail to cambodiaevisa@visa.gov.kh and you told me the other one was pending and we would receive within a maximum of three working days. "EVisa folloup" email did not contain points neede

I paid an evisa fee on Monday May 11. I received a receipt confirming payment. Within minutes after that, I received an email marked "EVisa Folloup", requesting "folloup in the below points." However, the below points are not contained in the email, so I don't know what to do. Since then, the visa application status is marked as "follow up." I am happy to provide more information, but I do not know what is being requested. I have emailed many times since Monday and have had no response. I have tried to call but the phone is never answered. Is there a system-wide or labour problem going on? If so, please tell me. I do not know what to do.

PAID but NOT GOT ANYTHING!!!! seems like Evisa i

i have applied Tuesday! I never recieved any email of you guys!!!! but you recieved my money as you can see in my photo! i need the visa urgend before this SUNDAY! otherwise i will go to laos! damn it! The old evisa page worked well but this is a mess and you not even care anything not even an apologize or a simple email... How to get refund at least if you can not provide visa!?!?

EVISA NOT ARRIVED!!!!!

Good Morning, I have submitted a visa request for my family and me the 30th april and paid regularly but it has not arrived yet. reference number 117050100003 I have checked in spam and trash email. I tried to enter " check and change" section but it says that reference number and primary email are wrong. That is not possibile as i have Copied the one i have received in the email. Please let me know what problem there is as soon as possibile. Do i have to ask for a refund? Have you lost all the data?

200+ Attempts to call about my visa.....

I applied and paid for my evisa on 28/04/2017. I received the confirmation email with my application number. I went to check the status on the website and it does not have my application number or email. I have over the last 2 days called over 200+ times and not got through or just rang out, neither have I had any response to my emails. Rather than leave visa applicants wondering what is going on, how about updating your website with what is happening with your systems and that you have had a huge technical error when you switched over to the new website and what applicants can do to find out about their visa applications. Have you lost all the data? Do I have to reapply for another visa? Will I get a refund?
